MPNP Calculator

Estimate your Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) Expression of Interest ranking score.

What is the MPNP?

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is Canada's oldest provincial nominee program. Candidates submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) profile and are scored out of 1,000 points across six factors, with the heaviest weight (up to 500 points) on your connection to Manitoba. A nomination adds 600 points to your federal CRS score, effectively guaranteeing an invitation to apply.

Manitoba's 2026 draws are mostly invitation-based, not pure ranking

Recent MPNP draws have selected almost entirely through Strategic Recruitment Initiatives, employer endorsements, and community invitations rather than raw EOI score. A high score here does not by itself predict an invitation -- an existing employer, community, or strategic-initiative connection to Manitoba matters more than ever.

These reduce your score, since they suggest a weaker connection specifically to Manitoba.

This is a reference estimate based on the official MPNP Expression of Interest Ranking Points Grid. It is not an official score and does not guarantee an invitation or nomination. This calculator covers the EOI Ranking Grid only, not MPNP's separate Self-Assessment Worksheet. Confirm your details with the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program before making any decisions.
